1 Eligibility

PostPilotAI is a digital product operated by ShapLabs. The specific features, deliverables, and functionality of the Service are described on our website at post-pilot-ai.shaplabs.com. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
3 Account and Access
Access to the Service may require providing an email address or other identifying information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4 Payments and Pricing
All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service.
- Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
5 Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of payment. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email post-pilot-ai@shaplabs.com with your order number or the email used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
6 User Content and Uploads
You may submit files, images, or other content ("User Content") as part of using the Service. By uploading User Content, you represent that:
- You own or have sufficient rights to the content you upload
- Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
- Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or objectionable material
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not claim ownership of your User Content. Uploaded files and generated outputs are retained for 30 days to allow re-downloads, then permanently deleted.
7 Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, code, and materials on this website are the property of ShapLabs and PostPilotAI, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered product for your own personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of our proprietary materials, service methodology, or branding.
8 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload content depicting minors or non-consensual imagery
- Generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate others for malicious purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without our express permission
We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate access for violations of these terms.
9 Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShapLabs and PostPilotAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShapLabs, PostPilotAI, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
13 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
